How to set up a printer to Google Cloud Print – When you want to print using the Google Cloud Print service, then it should connect the printer to the service in advance.

Google Cloud Print can print to Cloud Ready printers / devices that can be directly connected to the internet, for a classic printer connected to a Windows or Mac computer with the connection of Internet access.

Now if you use a Chromebook and you want to print a document, then you need to set up the Google Cloud Print so that access to the printer is connected.

When you use a Chromebook at work, school or at home? remember that network administrators can connect to multiple printers for you, not just one, so that the printer has could be used to get into account the office, home or school.

  • Go to Google Chrome.

  • Select the Settings.
  • Click on the Show advanced settings at the bottom.
  • Scroll down to the Google Cloud Print. Then click and add the printer.

Remember! sign in using your Google Account.

When your account option 2-step verification, then enter your application-specific password, not your Google Account password. You can create application-specific password, the section page Authorizing applications are also websites.
Then select the printer that you want to connect and click Add a printer.

The printer is now active and linked to your Google account connected to Google Cloud Print. Print to this printer whenever you sign in using your Google Account on a Chromebook.
